Introducing a low-density workspace committed to the principles of sustainability, responsible development, and quality of life. Vision: Butterfly Gardens reflects the future of work, where a connection to nature promotes creativity and well-being for local creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, and community members. Design: Butterfly Gardens is a landscape-based project designed to have a low environmental impact. The local character, history, and context of the Rancho equestrian neighborhood of Burbank inspire it. Sustainability: We adhere to the highest standards of sustainability. Current plans feature renewable energy, power storage, greywater management, no natural gas, sustainable building materials, and a climate resilient landscape. Transparency: We are committed to inform, engage, and collaborate with community stakeholders. We will provide timely updates and community input opportunities through community events, one-on-one neighborhood conversations.
