Neighborhood Notification Rules

Required for certain filming activities

Certain filming activities require a notification letter and/or survey form to all addresses within a 300-foot radius, at least 24 hours before the first day of filming. This includes:

Exterior filming or equipment on public property

Posting No Parking signs in the neighborhood

Use of weapons (props or otherwise)

Filming outside normal business hours on private property

Notification is generally not required if filming takes place solely within private property during normal hours.
